Began working for Pafilia which is the largest privately owned property developer in Cyprus. Pafilia build everything from small studio apartments to million euro custom build villas

Largest holiday rentals platform in the world at the time with over 2 million rentals to choose from. An annual turnover of over $300m USD per year. Company floated on the NASDAQ in 2011 for $2 billion USD
Mauritius
Began working in the world of foreign buyers attaining tax residency in Mauritius via the purchase of property on government approved RES (Real Estate Schemes)
Dublin
Founded Dublin City Rentals which specialised in the purchase and refurbishment of properties in Dublin city centre that were then rented on the short term let market
